Mustang Mach-E Makes AAA's Best Overall Car for 2022

Announced in the latest edition of AAA’s Car Guide, the 2021 Ford Mustang Mach-E Premium AWD was named Best Overall in the SUV/Minivan segment. Chosen over other top SUV and Minivan models like the Volkswagen ID.4 or the Volvo XC40 Recharge, the all-electric Ford was graded on multiple data points including advanced safety features, acceleration, braking, handling, visibility, range, and much more. The Mach-E received a AAA car score of 89 as well as an IHHS Top Safety Pick.

Special shoutouts were given to the Mach-E by AAA for its dramatic new profile, its power, and for being quiet, quick, roomy, and fun to drive. The Ford Mustang Mach-E Premium AWD with the extended battery has an estimated driving range of 270 miles. The all-electric Ford offers plenty of range for commuting in the Sacramento area, while EV chargers are continuing to pop-up all over the country making it more convenient to own an electric vehicle than ever before.
